be aware that checking the 'I AGREE' when ordering a service or product on-line
is legally the same as signing your name on paper. Therefore, please ensure
you are familiar with these terms and conditions before you order, in particular,
the paragraph below concerning refunds and domain name purchases.
Refunds
All refunds will be given at the sole discretion of the Company Management.
You must agree to these terms before you can order from this site.
Domain name purchases
Refunds cannot be made for domains names, even if you accidentally
ordered the wrong name. This is because all domains are registered in real-time
and cannot be deleted once registered. Under exceptional circumstances, and at Microtech's sole discretion, refunds may be offered in part or in whole.
Access to Password-Protected
or Secure Areas
Microtech may restrict some areas of the Site to authorised users only. Access
to and use of areas of the Site that are password-protected and/or secure
is restricted to such authorised users only. Unauthorised individuals attempting
to access these areas may be subject to civil liability and criminal penalties.
Unsolicited commercial
email
Microtech does not tolerate the use of it's services to aid in the distribution
of unsolicited commercial emails. Any account that violates this term may
have their account immediately suspended and will be expected to pay for bandwidth usage, system resources, and damages suffered by Microtech Limited as a consequence of their actions.

Microtech does not tolerate the abuse of it's services. Any account that violates this term may
have their account immediately suspended and will be expected to pay for bandwidth usage, system resources, and damages suffered by Microtech Limited as a consequence of their actions. Microtech requires users to maintain accurate contact details.
Denial of service attacks
Microtech acknowledges that from time to time, for whatever reason, clients, and indeed Microtech's own services may come under attack from various internet sources. It is essential that any client knowingly under such an attack and using Microtech's services inform Microtech immediately of the situation. This is to prevent degradation of the service to other users. Microtech will attempt to assist any client with such problems and provide advice where able. Where a client knowingly under such an attack that by it's nature also affects Microtech and it's other clients does not report to Microtech that they are under an attack that may affect Microtech or it's clients, the client accepts full liability for all damages and costs incurred in defending Microtech and it's other clients from the attack. Liability includes, but is not restricted to, labour, excess bandwidth charges, and damages or claims from other clients. Any account that violates this term may
have their account immediately suspended and will be expected to pay for bandwidth usage, system resources, and damages suffered by Microtech Limited and it's clients as a consequence of their actions. Knowingly letting your computer system be used for such an attack in the UK is punishable by up to 2 years in prison. Knowingly aiding or participating in such as attack in the UK is punishable for up to 10 years in prison. Microtech will pass data concerning such attacks to relevant law enforcement agencies where ever possible.
Value added taxes
Microtech does not charge taxes on any of it's products or services distributed
via this web site. Depending on where you live, additional taxes may be applicable
to goods delivered to you. It is your responsibility to ensure
these taxes are paid to the relevant authority.
Is the data disclosed to third parties?
Microtech does not sell, trade, rent or give away your personal details to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes without your express consent. We only disclose your information (eg delivery details) for the purpose of completing your transaction, providing services to you and for the purposes of associated administration and obtaining professional advice. Microtech uses up to date industry procedures to maintain privacy and protect against loss, but please remember that you are responsible for protecting your password/username and must not share it or allow its disclosure to anyone. Microtech will provide your data to law enforcement officers if required to by local law, or if the user has violated our acceptible use policy by hosting material or activities that would be considered innapropriate by principls of Microtech.
